Mint Overseas Ltd. was established in early 2007 by a group of property investors seeking to share their knowledge with likeminded people wishing to profit from investing in overseas property.

Our backgrounds are in property investment & development both in the UK and overseas. We also have extensive knowledge of the Moroccan economic, tax and legal systems.

Since launching the Midlands based practice we have acted on behalf of over 100 clients in purchasing of in excess of £12,000,000 worth of off plan property in Morocco.

Our clients range from individual buyers disillusioned with more traditional markets to institutional funds looking to expand into emerging markets.
