Who we are?
Mint Overseas Ltd. was established in early 2007 by a group of property investors seeking to share their knowledge with likeminded people wishing to profit from investing in overseas property.
Our backgrounds are in property investment & development both in the UK and overseas. We also have extensive knowledge of the Moroccan economic, tax and legal systems.
Since launching the Midlands based practice we have acted on behalf of over 100 clients in purchasing of in excess of £12,000,000 worth of off plan property in Morocco.
Our clients range from individual buyers disillusioned with more traditional markets to institutional funds looking to expand into emerging markets.

What we do?
So how do we go about making sure we’re offering you an investment that will outperform its competition? It comes down to two main areas, Research (and lots of it!) and Negotiation.
As well as carrying out our own extensive research into the world's emerging property markets, we work alongside some of the most highly regarded research companies in the industry. This data allows us to see the likely performance of these markets in the short, medium and long term which gives us the ability to choose specific areas which will give maximum growth coupled with generous rental returns.
We always recommend areas which we feel have longevity and are not prone to oversupply in the medium-long term. Emerging markets are what we know and we only choose one country at a time enabling us to give you the best possible advice!
How do we choose overseas property developments?
Once we have zoomed in on a target area we review all the developments in the area together with all planning applications/permissions and a thorough review of the local market.
We then source the best sites and negotiate with the land owners/developers from an early stage to make sure we are able to offer the best product at a competitive price.
All of our recommended property investments have had independent diligence carried out on them by a major international law firm.
In order to offer our investors the highest possible return on capital invested we have managed to secure some of the best payment plans in Morocco. The principle is to offer you a great investment with a low entry cost and a build time of up to 2 years to reap the benefits of the capital growth Morocco is currently seeing (12% predicted for 2008)

From your initial inquiry to Exchanging contracts you will be allocated one point of contact and once your contract has been exchanged you will be looked after by one member of our after sales team.
