In order to help maximise our clients returns by minimising your entry cost we are delighted to offer the following payment plan for these off plan Saidia investment properties:
- £2000 Refundable reservation fee
- 15% of the Townhouse price (minus reservation fee) on Exchange of contracts
- 15% of the Townhouse price 6 months later
- 70% of the Townhouse price on completion (June 09)
