The Fairways Villas payment plan
In order to help maximise our clients returns by minimising your entry cost we are delighted to offer the following payment plan for these off plan Saidia investment properties:
- £2000 Refundable reservation fee
- 15% of the Villa price (minus reservation fee) on Exchange of contracts
- 15% of the Villa price 6 months later
- 70% of the Villa price on completion (June 09)
