The Greens payment plan
In order to help maximise our clients returns by minimising your entry cost we are delighted to offer the following payment plan for these off plan Saidia investment properties:
- £2000 Refundable reservation fee
- 15% of the apartment price (minus reservation fee) on Exchange of contracts
- 15% of the apartment price 6 months later
- 70% of the apartment price on completion (December 08)
