It’s simple to benefit and the rewards are limitless

Refer as many individuals as you wish and receive a reward equalling 1% of the value of all their first property purchases. This means if your referral purchases 3 properties at one time you receive 1% of each.

You get to choose your reward

Opt for 1% cash reward or 1% credit against your next MINT Overseas purchase. Simply complete the Referral Form and return to your account manager. As soon as each referred party completes their contract stage your reward will be sent to you!

Terms and Conditions

Referrer can choose between a 1% cash reward or 1% credit off their next purchase. 1% calculated as percent of the value of the property (less VAT) purchased by referral. Chosen reward will be received by referrer when referral completes contract payment.

The reward may only be redeemed against an initial purchase in a single transaction; subsequent purchases made by referral will not qualify.
